bus rides and reflections

currently reading: patricia cornwell - from potter's field
currently listening to: tina arina - burn

ARGH!!!!! if that stupid connection hangs one more frigin' time i'm gonna scream. i mean it. the stupid thing keeps screwing up and it's getting really irritation to have to wait while it reconnects.

had the bio test on microbiology today and although i studied, well kinda anyways, i'm probably gonna flunk it royally. i mean the facilitators kept jumping all over the place about DNA and bacteria and stuff, i was almost totally lost and know i'm still as confused as ever. oh, and they gave us these books with questions in them but never really went through them. so i guess you can say that the course was a totally waste of time and money. i'm supposed to be working on an assignment that was due today, but i can't really be bothered cause i have no idea how to answer the question.

we got to do titration for chemistry today, finally, a practical lesson, and quite a fun one at that, might i add. it looked really complicated and dull on the video my teacher showed us but it's really very simple and interesting. it got quite frustratin though cause i kept adding too much acid to the alkaline so instead of turning grey like it should, the sodium hydroxide turned purple. i guess one drop really does make a difference. i think i'm getting better at it though.

venetia's right, long bus rides are strangly calming. i complain about the long journey home from school cause most people i know live a walking distance away from school but i do enjoy bus trips home alone because it gives me some time to myself to think about certain things without the distractions of friends and modern conviences like a handphone or even the devil of all devils, the computer. i do exactly what she does on the bus home every single day. sleep, stone and reflect upon the happenings of the day. on usual days, the upper deck of 154 is normally pretty quiet and peaceful (up until nee ann poly anyways), unless of course there are a bunch of sji guys acting like ruffians and screaming obscieneties at each other across several seats but yes, it's usually quiet and a good time to think about life and stuff like that.

there's finally PE tomorrow and i hope we get to do softball instead of the silly looking fundance thingamajig.
