job attachment started today. met kai wei at the bus stop outside ngee ann poly at 8 and we explored the campus before we were supposed to report for work at 8.30. our liaison officer, ms suaw (kristin), is a very nice lady and so are most of her collegues. someone came up and offered me a toffee at 5pm, which i thought was really sweet cause i was quite hungry by then.

well, we started off the day with ms suaw telling us more about assets and how they keep track of all their equipment and things. afterwhich she set me to photocopy this whole stack of info on what seemed like about every item the whole faculty. it was about 200 pages long. bleh. so after what came data entry which was what i spent the rest of the day doing. can you imagine sitting in front of a computer for 7 hours straight doing the same old thing? okay, it wasn't as bad as it sounds.

monotonous as it may sound, at least i was doing something new. meeting new people, learning new things. besides, anything beats bumming around at home. :P
