my sister's contributed 2 more stanzas to the poem in the previous entry. here's version 2.
i haven't fallen off of the face of the earth,
in fact i've done nothing 'cept widen my girth,
all i do is peruse dreadful textbooks all day.
i watch helplessly as my life slips away.
my butt grows distended my hips flaring wide,
all the adipose tissue collects at my side.
i sit in my couch staring only at books,
get no exercise save eating as mom cooks.
my hair is dishevelled i'm putting on weight,
i'm starting to look like a hippo of late!
i hope my sedentary period ends soon,
else i fear i will resemble a gibbous moon.
i say she has too much time on her hands. ya think? :P
