ahh, today was a bad day. (here i'm tempted to add in mrs neoh's short example of a story about a day gone wrong, with the gasps and all that but then it'd be too long, so nevermind.) we got our english, chinese, amath and chemistry papers back and out of the four papers, i'm only satisfied with my results for chinese. amath was really quite a heart breaker cause i would have been able to pass had i been more carefull with my addition and subtraction signs. i can't believe i failed by 2 marks cause of sheer carelessness and lack of logic. bleah, have i said that i hate math yet?

anyhoo, went out with yu ying and melissa to get smoothies at the GNC smoothie bar at tangs and have lunch since we were already at orchard road. we ended up having fast-food, again. well, after that we went to borders and i started reading salman rushdie's midnight children and managed to get past 16 pages before i decided i was quite uninteresting. was reading sidney sheldon's tell me your dreams, i borrowed from yu ying on the train and i've decided that i like the way he writes. well, i think i'll go finish it and start on sparks' message in a bottle, which is supposedly very good tonight.

yay! books, books and more books! someone tell me i'm not dreaming.. lol, maybe today ain't so bad afterall. ;p
