i am bloody amazed at melissa. or should i say i'm bloody amazed at the size of melissa's stomach. not that that we disected her and took it out to examine or anything but you should have seen the amount of food she had for recess today. let's see, she started off with a bowl of macaroni, moved on to chicken rice and finished off with fried noodles of some sort. tell me if it's bloody amazing how she stays so skinny. damn. i'm jealous. lol.

anyway, the interview wasn't as nightmarish as i made it out to be but she did ask me a question which stumped me momentarily. i mean, what sort of question was, 'if you get picked to work with children, which would probably be in a child care center, what would you do if someone started throwing a tantrum?'

after which, she started looking expectantly at me and i started panicking. well, not exactly panicking but i kinda blabbered something to the effect of trying to pacify it with toys and things like that and getting his/her mind off what ever they were upset about. and then i smiled at her and she was still looking expectantly at me, so i added in that i would hope for the best and she grinned and asked me about what i would do if that didn't work, so i said something about seeking help from a more experienced individual or something like that and she smiled at me and moved on to another question. bah. at least i didn't get the laundry room question. lol.
