argh!!! project work is so stressful. it's like they just told us that we are supposed to get our oral presentation of the solution done soon. how soon? the next day 6, which is the 28th of august. i mean, they should at least have given us the deadline at the beginning so we could have started to work towards it instead of telling us that we have to magically whip up a, even close to presentable presentation in 2 weeks, amid the tests and everything. as if we already didn't have enough to do already. furthermore, it amazes me that the people in my group can't find a single day in 2 weeks that we can all meet up on. geez, what happened to prioritizing? what is even worse is that we spent close to an hour trying to find a day on which we would all be free at the same time. it's like:

yuying: 'okay, saturday? who's free on saturday?'
mel: 'oh! i have an idea for the presentation.'
*tells the idea to 3 people*
yuying:'shouldn't you tell everyone about it then?'
mel: 'but you were talking to debbie.'
yuying: 'then you WAIT till you've got everyone's attention!'
mel: *starts to yell something back.*
cherylyn and i, who were getting more annoyed and exasperated by the moment: 'can you please just quit yelling at each other and listen?!'
yuying: 'okay, okay, i'm listening.'
mel: 'erm, erm...*laughs* i can't remember what i was going to say...'
*cherylyn proceeds to fill yuying in on mel's idea*
***school bell rings***

tell me, is it any wonder that we take so long to get things done? argh!
