heh.

somehow, chinese new year doesn't seem like chinese new year this year. perhaps it's too busy. feeling slightly overwhelmed by all the project deadlines that seem to be flying at me from all directions. bah.

everyone ought to watch child of our time on the hallmark channel. it's such an adorable show about the development of children in relation to the nature and nurture debate. i find myself linking theories as i watch.. which is kind of scary, really. anyway, it airs on fridays at 10.35pm.

i have some really lousy lecturers.

my thoughts are scuttling all over the place.

yesterday, the 11th of feb, was mel's birthday and she thought we all forgot.

such little faith in her friends. tsk tsk.. needless to say, we had a really fun picnic at the botanics after digging her out of bed at 10am (actually, it was closer to 11 since everyone else was late. *rolls eyes* ;p) this morning. have forgotten how nice picnics can be. we should have picnics more often.

happy 18th birthday, mel! hope you enjoyed yourself today and you like the presents. :)

suddenly, i find myself not wanting to turn 18. it seems so.. old. and as we all know, with age comes (no, not maturity) responsibility. i wish i were 2 again. i think that's the best age to be. mm.
